Merchandising tools assist when presenting products to consumers. Ready made Point-Of-Purchase (POP) brochures, countercards and display pieces make all the difference when educating a customer about designs, usage etc. These materials give consumers information about the design, intended usage, style and size of a particular product.
Merchandising and marketing experts place a great deal of thought and expense into creating visually exciting POP items to assist with product presentation while manufacturers all produce POP to aid dispensers in the selling process. Therefore, when educating consumers about products, they are better able to stay focused on the discussion, if Point-Of-Purchase materials are introduced into the selling process.
Sampling however, is the most effective way to introduce a new product to the market. It fosters consumer relationship building as it allows direct trials by elusive demographic groups on their own turf. We at EU will ensure that a merchandising team is present and visible at various events where the client’s product is on display and available for sampling by such groups.
